Cancellations

If ever a customer needs to cancel a scheduled party, the first important thing you need to know is the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE! Secone important thing to remember is to cancel 2 weeks before your party date. We do allow you to reschedule on any of our available dates. If you do not wish to reschedule and your party is paid in full and you cancel 2 weeks ahead of time you will be refunded everything EXCEPT the deposit within 10 businesses days!
